The food was delicious and fresh, the dining area was quite cramped during peak hours. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean. It was an enjoyable experience with just a few minor inconveniences.

Well-maintained and beautifully designed hotel with excellent staff from the front desk to the housekeepers. We had a good hot breakfast with very good coffee and juices, for example included.

The bed was worn out.

Staff were great the facilities were super clean. Breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh fruits and warm waffles. The hotel's location was quiet yet convenient for local attractions.

Mattress too soft Shower head too high not reachable for people under 5'6"

Location - favourable, really close to Ogunquit shops/restaurants and beach, and Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, and York. Also, close to everything.

Really good Breakfast and Clean Facilities

My family stayed for a couple of nights and we loved the large, comfortable room that came with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast options were fantastic, with freshly made smoothies and blueberry waffles that were a hit with everyone. The indoor pool and hot tub area were clean and enjoyable. I noticed the noise levels from adjacent rooms could be improved.

Very nice stay, as always. Terrific and impeccably clean brand-new hotel. Awesome breakfast with very good coffee, juices and also doughnuts and great customer service. The rooms with fridge and couch and separate bedroom. Genuinely friendly staff, free wake up calls and ironing.

The bed felt a bit hard for my taste, which might not suit everyone's preference. There's a real bottleneck around the toaster during the breakfast rush. To top it off, some cleaning could've been better. I spotted a few dust bunnies in the corners and a stained couch, a bit of a letdown considering the overall appeal.

The value for the money is great. We had a full suite, with plenty of room for 3 adults. We loved the pullout couch & the kitchenette. The location of the inn is also great, with a short hop/walk to Billy's Chowder House on Mile Road, as well as about a 1.5 mile walk to the beautiful Wells Beach. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here & we will definitely return.

Unfortunately, both the pool & hot tub areas of the inn were closed on Easter Sunday, due to maintenance issues & our son was very disappointed that he was unable to use it. Otherwise, the staff was friendly & accomodating & the breakfast was wonderful, with many good choices.

The staff greeted us warmly each morning, setting a positive tone for our day. Our room was spacious and always clean, ensuring a comfortable environment. The coffee bar always had fresh drinks available, which appreciated .

The breakfast options, while plentiful,, could include more variety to cater to different tastes.

We loved our stay, especially the cozy queen beds and the awesome hot breakfast spread that made our mornings bright! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for some family fun and relaxation after exploring the area. Just a heads up, it would have been nice to have more drawer space for everyone’s stuff, but it didn’t take away from our great time! 😊
